Corrections are the message we most want to receive. If a number on this site is wrong, we would rather hear it from you than leave it up.

There is no phone number and no postal address, because Glow & Gauge is a national publisher with no premises. Inventing either to look more established is the kind of thing the about page is about not doing.
What we are quick about
- Corrections. If a wattage, a coverage figure, an amp draw or a cost calculation on this site is wrong, tell us — ideally with a link to the source that shows the right number. Corrections are made visibly and with a date on them, per the editorial policy.
- A safety error. If a page here tells you something unsafe, say so and we will take it down while we check rather than deliberate with it live.
- A dead or wrong product link. Listings change and units get discontinued.
What we cannot do
- Diagnose your specific heater. We have not tested these units and we are not technicians — what we do and do not claim. For a faulty unit, the manufacturer’s support line is the right call.
- Give electrical advice for your house. We publish the arithmetic for circuit loads, and we are not licensed electricians. Anything involving a panel, a breaker or new wiring needs one.
- Accept products for review. We do not accept free products, and we would not be able to write about one honestly if we did — we do not test.
